6 Candles Under $30 That Smell Priceless

In an ideal world, we would have a diptyque candle in every room of our homes. Sadly, it’s not feasible for most of us to spend $60 plus dollars on something what will quite literally disappear into a puff a smoke. There’s no denying that candles have a relaxing effect that brings a peaceful ambiance into your space. But what’s the right price point for a candle that feels luxe without being wasteful? We managed to find six candles that are super affordable ($30 or under!) but will still fill your home with blissful scents and a sense of calm.

P.F. Candle Co. Soy Candle in “No. 04: Teakwood & Tobacco” ($18)

This soy candle by P.F. Candle Co. is small but mighty. This O.G. scent is musky with notes of orange, leather, tobacco, and amber. This candle is for you if you love smokey and sultry scents (that may or may not smell like your ex-boyfriend).

Voluspa 3 Wick Tin Candle in “Goji Tarocco Orange” ($22)

Voluspa candles can run on the pricey side, but their 3 wick candles in metallic tins are a great value, burning for approximately 40 hours. This scent has notes of goji berry, ripe mango, and orange and practically begs to be lit in your kitchen at all times.

Illume Good Natured Soy Candle in “Apricot & Basil” ($24)

Illume in known for creating candles that combine design and scent into a beautifully finished product. Their Good Natured 3 wick candles are simple yet luxurious. Opt for “Apricot & Basil” for a fresh scent and “Olive Leaf & Lemon” for something a little spicier.

Homesick Candle in “Library” ($29.95)

Homesick is known for their cheeky collection of candles intended to remind you of certain places (from your home state to your college town). But don’t overlook their line of nostalgic “Memories” candles, commemorating new homes and first kisses.  In particular, the “Library” scented candle has notes of leather, cinnamon, and sandalwood and will make you want to cozy up in your favorite chair with a cup of tea and a good book.

Rewined Blanc Collection Candle in “Rosé” ($28)

These handcrafted candles are made with repurposed glass and featured wine and cocktail inspired scents. Their Rosé candle perfectly evokes memories of a summer’s day by combining the floral scent of rose petals with fruity notes of white peach.

Bath & Body Works White Barn Single Wick Candle in “Eucalyptus Mint & Rain” ($14.50)

Bath & Body Works often gets a bad rap for their sickly sweet scents, but their White Barn range of single wick candles are surprisingly sophisticated in both smell and aesthetic. Favorites include “Mahogany Teakwood” for a deep, woodsy aroma and “Eucalyptus Mint & Rain” for a fresh, spring scent.
